At RHOZE, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction. Please review our return and exchange policy below.

RHOZE Collection

Returns & Exchanges Accepted

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery for items from our RHOZE ready-to-wear collection.

Return & Exchange Conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging
  • No signs of wear, alterations, damage, or perfume
  • Items that have been cut, damaged, or show any signs of use will not be accepted

Shipping Fees & Refunds:

  • If you return your entire order, original shipping fees will be deducted from your refund
  • If you keep at least one item, the full item price will be refunded with no shipping fee deduction
  • Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer

How to Request a Return or Exchange:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp at +44 7748 130605 within 7 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return or exchange
  3. Return the item at your own expense via Amana or another courier service
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or send your replacement

Returns and exchanges are processed within 3-5 business days upon receipt and inspection.

MAISON RHOZE Collection

No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the bespoke nature of our MAISON RHOZE haute couture pieces, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Complimentary Alterations

We offer one complimentary alteration within 14 days of purchase to ensure the perfect fit. This includes adjustments such as hemming or minor sizing modifications. Please contact us via WhatsApp to arrange your alteration.

Limited Editions & Private Sales

All sales are final. Items from our limited-time releases and private sales events cannot be returned or exchanged.

Excluded Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged: lingerie, swimwear, earrings, and any personalized or made-to-order pieces.
