Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Payment Methods: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and bank transfer.

Bank Transfer: If you choose bank transfer, you must send proof of payment to our WhatsApp at +44 7748 130605. Your order will not be confirmed until we receive payment confirmation.

Prices are listed in Moroccan Dirham (MAD) and are subject to change without notice.

Shipping and Delivery

Morocco:

• Next-day delivery for orders placed before 11AM (Monday to Thursday)

• 1-2 days delivery for orders placed after 11AM

International: Please contact us for delivery times and shipping costs.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

Returns and Exchanges

RHOZE LONDON Collection: Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

48H DROPS and Limited Editions: All sales are final. No returns or exchanges.

MAISON RHOZE: No returns or exchanges. However, one complimentary alteration is available within 7 days of purchase date.
